Mystery new Bloodline members; WWE legend suffers career-threatening injury - 4 things Triple H got right on SmackDown

Last night, Triple H produced an amazing episode of SmackDown. The blue brand delivered a show that left the WWE Universe in attendance and at home on the edge of their seats. In other words, there is a lot to be excited about.

The episode served many purposes. Not only did it have some exceptional matches, but it also helped further some of the bigger storylines Triple H has planned. Now of course, nothing is perfect, but it's safe to say that The Cerebral Assassin has a lot to be happy about after last night, and so do the fans.

From the introduction of a new title to character changes, to a heartwarming reunion. SmackDown had it all, and the best part is, that it left the fans with burning questions that we cannot wait to be answered. So, to give Triple H his laurels, here are four things he got right on last night's episode.

#4. The Blackheart, Tommaso Ciampa is back

The tag team division on SmackDown has been in disarray for quite a while now. The dominance of The Bloodline prevented others from rising to the very top, but that has now ended with the emergence of the Motor City Machine Guns. However, not everyone is happy to see this, including Tommaso Ciampa, who isn't exactly the biggest fan of the veteran tag team.

He initially voiced his displeasure last week, and this week he showed it. He vowed to make an example of Pretty Deadly during their match, and he did not disappoint. He singlehandedly dismantled the group, and won DIY the match. He was aggressive, ruthless, and most of all, he was dominant. These are all traits that were once associated with him during his days as "The Blackheart" in NXT. And, after seeing what he did last night, it seems like Triple H has brought The Blackheart back.

#3. Kevin Owens may have just given Randy Orton a career-threatening injury

If WWE Crown Jewel proved anything, it's that Kevin Owens' days of making friends are long behind him. He absolutely destroyed Randy Orton in Riyadh, and they didn't even have their match. Well, this week was no different, as KO once again was forced to do something he claimed he never wanted to do, destroy his former friend.

After demanding that The Prizefighter come out to the ring, Randy Orton was not disappointed. However, what went down was far worse than what anyone, even Triple H could have imagined. Not only did Owens lay out The Viper, but he did it in the most brutal way possible, with a piledriver, a move that has long been banned. Randy had to be stretchered out of the arena, and it's safe to say that this rivalry between the two of them, has gotten a whole lot more serious.

#2. Triple H has introduced a new title in the Women's Division

Under the leadership of Triple H, the women's division has been growing at a rapid pace. More and more talent is coming through the door, which means the demand for opportunities is rising. Well, The Game has decided to satisfy that demand, as he made a groundbreaking move last night on SmackDown, introducing a new title.

$3 $3 $3

From now on, women on both RAW and SmackDown will be given the opportunity to contend for the Women's United States Championship. It is the first-ever secondary title that is exclusively for the women on the main roster and is already causing a buzz. In the coming weeks, fans will surely be tuning in to see who becomes the inaugural champion.

#1. The mystery surrounding the final members of the two Bloodlines at WarGames

It's not set in stone, but it does feel official, The Bloodline civil war will continue at Survivor Series: WarGames. What's more, they will settle their differences in a WarGames match. But, as Roman Reigns pointed out, both he and Solo Sikoa have four members in their respective Bloodlines, and WarGames is a stipulation that requires five.

So, following tonight's SmackDown, Triple H has succeeded in creating a mystery. Who will be the fifth and final members of Roman Reigns' and Solo Sikoa's Bloodlines at WarGames? Will it be two members of the Anoa'i family? Will it be The Rock and Cody Rhodes? At this point, all we can do is wait and see.
