New WWE Signee talks about match with RVD, John Cena meets the troops and more

- Newly signed WWE developmental talent Sami Callihan will face Rob Van Dam on June 24th, for 2CW’s “An Evening with Mr. Monday Night.” It will be RVD’s final independent pro wrestling appearance before his return to WWE.

- Speaking of RVD, Jim Ross commented on his WWE return on his Twitter earlier today. JR wrote, “@TherealRVD is a big ‘get’ for @WWE. Pleased he’s back.”

- John Cena met with members of the Georgia National Guard earlier today in Savannah, GA, ahead of tonight’s live event at the Savannah Civic Center. You can check out a photo from the appearance below:
