12-time WWE champion teases feud with Jey Uso is far from over following RAW defeat
Jey Uso successfully defended the WWE Intercontinental Championship on the latest edition of Monday Night RAW. However, his opponent, Xavier Woods, a multi-time tag team champion, recently shared an update on social media, teasing another match against the former Bloodline member.
Woods has recently showcased major frustrations and teased turning heel on multiple occasions. After losing the championship match on the October 7 edition of the red brand's show, the 38-year-old got mad at his tag team partner, Kofi Kingston, for congratulating Uso on the win. He further refused to shake the latter's hand and walked out of the squared circle.
Xavier Woods recently took to his Instagram account to send a message to Jey Uso. He posted several pictures from their latest encounter while teasing another title match:
"We will do this again," he wrote.

Wrestling veteran explains why he hates Jey Uso's gimmick
Jey Uso is one of the most beloved babyfaces on the roster. However, legendary wrestling manager Jim Cornette recently revealed that he dislikes the WWE Intercontinental Champion.
Speaking on a recent episode of Drive-Thru, Cornette declared Jey Uso as his least favorite top star gimmick in professional wrestling. He pointed out that the former Bloodline member is over with the fans, however, the 63-year-old stated he hated multiple things about Uso, including his over-the-top behavior, which he believes has affected the WWE Superstar's overall work:
"I've got a lot of least favorites in AEW. But I'm now officially declaring Jey Uso is my least favorite top guy gimmick in wrestling. It's all over. But I hate it. I hate 'Yeet.' I hate that Ringling Brothers outfit he's wearing with 'Yeet' on his arms, and flower petals on his legs, and fluorescent blue all over. I hate his work, which has gone to hell because of his hot doggery, which is not only over the top but also it seems to me to be hard to work with because the timing of his hot doggery is just a step behind the beat. I don't like any of this," said Cornette. [0:30-1:32]

Jey's twin brother Jimmy Uso made his return at the Bad Blood Premium Live Event to help Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes defeat Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. It remains to be seen if the Intercontinental Champion will reunite with his former faction members ahead of a potential War Games match at Survivor Series.
