16-time WWE champion claims he blacked out in the middle of the ring; has no recollection of the incident
WWE Superstars often face serious threats inside the ring as they put their bodies on the line to entertain fans. Recently, multi-time champion Rey Mysterio stated he blacked out in the middle of the ring. The Master of 619 is a three-time WWE World Champion, a two-time IC Champion, a three-time US Champion, a three-time Cruiserweight Champion, and a five-time tag team champion.
In 2006, Rey Mysterio faced the biggest challenge of his career when The Great Khali confronted him. The Master of 619 went through hell and more, as Khali caught him in a vice grip before Batista came to save the day.
In an interview with The Schmo, the Latino World Order leader was asked about his encounter with The Great Khali. The 49-year-old veteran stated he blacked out and has no recollection of the incident.
"Oh, I'm blacked out completely. I've no recollection of that time. I had to go back and watch the videos and images of what happened. So, not a good moment to remember," Mysterio said. [From 06:12 to 06:24]

Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee advance in the tag team title number one contenders tournament on WWE RAW
Earlier this month, RAW GM Adam Pearce announced a tournament to determine the next number one contenders for The Judgment Day's World Tag Team Championship.
Several notable names were announced for the tournament, including Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee. The former WWE Champion took Lee under his wing and faction, heading into WrestleMania XL in Philadelphia.
On the latest edition of Monday Night RAW, Mysterio and Lee qualified further in the tournament as they defeated American Made's The Creed Brothers. The faction has teased tension with The New Day, and it could escalate further in the coming weeks.
Meanwhile, The New Day also qualified further from their side of the bracket as Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods defeated The Final Testament's AOP. The New Day, the LWO, and the War Raiders will square off in a Triple Threat tag team match next week.
It'll be interesting to see which team earns a shot at Finn Balor and JD McDonagh's title on WWE RAW.
