26-year-old female WWE Superstar who suffered major injury shares update; she has been gone 119 days already
Wrestling can be taxing on the body, and several WWE Superstars have felt that of late. With multiple stars out with injuries at the moment, fans will be happy to know that at least one of them, Amari Miller, appears to be on her way back to the ring.
She revealed that she had suffered a torn ACL back in March. The last time she was involved in a WWE match before that was in January in a 20-woman Battle Royal at New Year's Evil 2023.
Miller was a mainstay on NXT TV before that, appearing on LVL UP and on the show itself regularly. It's unclear how she tore her ACL, but fans have assumed that it happened during training.
On Twitter now, Miller has provided a positive update about her injury recovery. She said that she got to squat with a barbell today and also did kettlebell swings. Both were first times for her since the injury.
Given her ACL injury took place apparently during March, it should be nine months before she can return to the ring, and as a result, she might be gone for the rest of the year.
However, with her already training with weights, she might not have to wait that long.
We at Sportskeeda wish Amari Miller a swift recovery and return to WWE!
