26-year-old WWE star teases World Heavyweight Championship match for WrestleMania 41
WWE's WrestleMania 41 is several months away, and one star in particular might have teased his plans for the event in Nevada. Recently, the two-time NXT Champion Bron Breakker teased going after the prestigious World Heavyweight Title in 2025 at The Showcase of The Immortals.
Earlier this year, Bron Breakker vowed to capture a title on WWE's main roster when he targeted Sami Zayn. The second-generation star came very close at WWE Money in the Bank in Toronto, Canada, but couldn't dethrone the Intercontinental Champion.
Nevertheless, Bron Breakker isn't done with Sami Zayn on Monday Night RAW. In an interview with Chris Vannin on Getting Over: Wrestling Podcast, the host asked Breakker about his plans for the coming months. The 26-year-old star teased going after the World Heavyweight Championship at The Grandest Stage of Them All in Nevada.
"I think Bron Breakker's going to be the next Intercontinental Champion. You know, after that, who knows? Hopefully, defend that Intercontinental Championship all around the world (...) Maybe, at WrestleMania here at Allegiant Stadium, I'm going for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. So, who knows?" Breakker said. (From 1:24:00 to 1:24:22)

Bron Breakker previously faced major WWE star for the World Heavyweight Championship
The new World Heavyweight Championship was introduced at a time of need when Monday Night RAW had only one singles title. After WrestleMania 38, Roman Reigns took both world titles with him to Friday Night SmackDown.
The star made a handful of appearances as the champion and the brand lost a major title. Last year, Triple H introduced a new World Heavyweight Championship, which has remained a focal point on Monday Night RAW.
Later, Seth Rollins became the inaugural World Heavyweight Champion and the new face of the red brand. The Visionary made sure to add prestige to the title and defended it on multiple occasions.
After winning the new belt in a clash against AJ Styles, Seth Rollins was challenged by Bron Breakker to a title match and The Visionary defended the gold on WWE NXT. In the final moments, Rollins hit a Stomp and retained.
Bron Breakker has yet to hold a championship on the main roster. Earlier this month, he failed to defeat Sami Zayn in Toronto for the Intercontinental Championship at Money in the Bank 2024.
