27-year-old WWE star brutally trolls The Rock following Bad Blood return
The Rock made a stellar return to WWE programming at Bad Blood, leaving the wrestling world stunned. While most fans are excited to see The Final Boss tear it up again, it seems like Dominik Mysterio is not too enthusiastic about the Hollywood star's return as he took a shot at the latter after Bad Blood.
The 27-year-old has been one of WWE's top heels over the last couple of years. While he was not in action at Bad Blood, Dominik did play a role in the match between Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan. The former NXT North American Champion fell out of the shark cage, leading to Mami going out of the ring to beat him. However, Raquel Rodriguez attacked Ripley from behind, resulting in The Eradicator winning by disqualification. However, the Women's World Title did not change hands.
Dominik was asked about his thoughts on The Rock's return during a recent public appearance. The Judgment Day star did not shy away from taking a shot at one of the greatest pro wrestlers of all time:
“The only thing The Rock has done that’s ever been good is The Mummy 2.”
Triple H shared his thoughts on The Rock's return to WWE
While The Rock made a brief appearance at WWE Bad Blood, it was enough to get the whole wrestling world talking about him. Triple H also acknowledged the Final Boss' star power during the post-Bad Blood press conference, stating that he is thankful to the Hollywood star for still being involved in the business.
"You have to be the biggest superstar in the world to be able to hit your music, walk out, blow the roof off the place, and I am out. It's epic. I'm thankful to him with everything he has got going on in his career and his life. He has never looked away from what brought him to the dance and what his roots are. It's in his DNA, it is in his blood, it is who he is. Anytime we are at a place where he can take that 30 seconds from his incredible schedule to come back and feel that electricity that you can only get in WWE, he does it. I am thrilled for it and thankful for him," Triple H said.
The Rock still has differences with Cody Rhodes, which was made clear during his post-Bad Blood promo on Instagram. However, The Final Boss is also likely to go after Roman Reigns and could be revealed as the actual leader of the new Bloodline.
