28-year-old star spotted for the first time on TV in nearly a year on recent WWE show

On WWE NXT Halloween Havoc this week, Chinese-born wrestler Boa appeared for the first time in nearly a year. He was part of a stable known as Tian Sha on the developmental brand, which included Mei Ying (Wendy Choo) and Xia Li.

Although he competed in several live events and NXT Level Up this year, his last televised match on NXT was on January 25, which saw him lose to The Bloodline's Solo Sikoa in a No Disqualification Falls Count Anywhere match.

On NXT Halloween Havoc this week, Boa was spotted backstage interacting with Dante Chen. This could be a tease that they might form a new tag team, as they've teamed up on NXT Level Up before.

During the show, Lexis King, formerly known as Brian Pillman Jr., made his WWE NXT debut. His first match was against Dante Chen, and the former AEW star emerged victorious.
