3-time WWE world champion sends a message after major title match is announced for SummerSlam weekend

A WWE Superstar unfortunately lost her championship at Clash at the Castle in Scotland. Since then, the former women's champion and her partner have been trying to get the title back. Interestingly, she has finally received a shot in the upcoming SummerSlam weekend and has now sent a message.

Former women's tag team champions Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill have been seeking a rematch for the title they lost at Clash at the Castle but it seemed that Chelsea Green and Piper Niven would be standing in their way. After they were dealt with, Belair, who is a three-time women's champion in WWE, and Jade Cargill were attacked by The Unholy Union, setting up a match for the episode of SmackDown before SummerSlam.

Following the announcement, Belair took to Twitter to announce that Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn's time as champions was up.

“TIMES UP! We NEED to finish what we started!” wrote Belair.

Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill showcased their dominance on WWE champs

The July 26, 2024 episode of Friday Night SmackDown saw Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair enter the arena and call out Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn. While the duo was cutting a good promo, The Unholy Union decided to jump them from behind ahead of the title match. However, Cargill and Belair were quick to turn the tables on them.

With this, the former champs sent a dominating message to the current champs that their days as champions are numbered. Notably, Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre will be defending their tag team title twice next week at both NXT and SmackDown.

Thus, they stand a slim chance to win against the powerful duo of Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair. It will be interesting to see how things pan out for Dawn and Fyre.
