30-year-old ex-WWE star returning after 3 years to replace Samantha Irvin is possible, says veteran
Samantha Irvin has left WWE after three years. Meanwhile, a wrestling veteran has said that a 30-year-old former WWE star could return to replace the 35-year-old.
Last night, Irvin surprisingly announced her departure from the Stamford-based company. Meanwhile, Lilian Garcia returned after several years of absence to replace the popular ring announcer. In the latest episode of the Behind The Turnbuckle: The Last Word podcast, wrestling veteran Jonathan Coachman predicted that Garcia would not remain the full-time ring announcer on RAW for a long time.
Instead, the former Interim RAW General Manager suggested one of two names would probably replace Irvin and Garcia, either Kayla Braxton, who left the company earlier this year, or the 30-year-old JoJo Offerman, who departed in 2021.
"Then, Tommy, they would go out and get either, because Lilian is not gonna be back for an extended period of time; let's stop that right now. It's gonna be either Kayla Braxton or Here's a Blast from the Past who was amazing, JoJo. So either JoJo or Kayla Braxton come back to be the full-time ring announcer for Monday Night RAW," he said. Jonathan Coachman thinks Samantha Irvin left WWE because she is pregnant
In the same episode of the Behind The Turnbuckle: The Last Word podcast, Jonathan Coachman speculated on why Samantha Irivn left the Stamford-based company abruptly.
The WWE veteran claimed that the 35-year-old was pregnant and wanted to take time off before giving birth.
"So, my prediction is that Samantha Irvin and I also couple this with the fact that Ricochet, who's her fiance, she's getting married in Vegas in a very short period of time, and he came out a couple of hours ago, Tommy, and he said that she is not coming to AEW to let that go to rest. Because that was the easy, lazy narrative. So, I believe that. I do not know this to be true, but this is my gut; she is pregnant. She wanted to take time off before she had the baby. And I hope that she is, but nobody told me this," he said.
With Lilian Garcia back to replace Irvin on WWE RAW, it will be interesting to see if Coachman's predictions come true.
