30-year-old WWE debutant star possesses "all the qualifications," according to Tommy Dreamer

The legendary Tommy Dreamer broke his silence on the newly signed WWE Superstar who debuted on the recent NXT show. The name in question is none other than Giulia.

The former NJPW Strong Women's Champion made a successful debut on the September 10, 2024, installment of the white-and-gold brand. In her first match, she defeated former WWE Women's Tag Team Champion Chelsea Green, showcasing impressive in-ring skills and abilities.

The Beautiful Madness has earned a shot to face Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women's Championship. The title match will be a significant test for the 30-year-old, as it will take place on the inaugural NXT episode to air on The CW, which will originate from Chicago rather than the Performance Center.

Speaking on an episode of Busted Open Radio, Tommy Dreamer expressed his admiration for The Beautiful Madness' debut match. The 53-year-old legend highlighted Giulia's impressive qualifications and exceptional quality of performance, suggesting that she is a rising star in the industry.

"The girl has all the qualifications, and with her debut, you're like, 'This girl has it,'" said Dreamer. (From 13:14 to 13:23)

The former Hardcore Champion added:

"It's a different style, a different caliber of opponents, and it's time to (...) get used to that system for a lot of different reasons." (From 13:31 to 13:48)

WWE Hall of Famer points out one flaw in Giulia's debut match

During the same episode of Busted Open Radio, Bully Ray also shared his two cents on the in-ring debut of the former NJPW star in WWE.

The 53-year-old veteran observed that Giulia's presentation was almost flawless, but she lacked the facial expressions necessary to become a top talent in the USA. Bully Ray believes that the 30-year-old star's style was reminiscent of Japanese wrestling.

"I'm not so much a fan of the expressionless face. I'd loved to see some more expression from her," he said. "It almost looks like she took a Benadryl before she went out there. It's a very flat look on her face at times. Like the entrance, like the presentation, like the look, like the mish-mash of the gear ... She had like, fur last night and tassels and a lot of different things that came together. In the ring, I thought it was a good match for her against Chelsea. She's going to have to learn how to work the American, WWE style," he said.
