30-year-old WWE Superstar willing to replace Big E in The New Day after he gets kicked out
A 30-year-old WWE Superstar is open to becoming the newest member of The New Day after Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods kicked Big E out of the stable. Wes Lee, one of NXT's most popular names, has put forward an interesting proposal.
In one of the most shocking twists this year, Big E returned on the latest episode of RAW for The New Day's tenth-anniversary celebrations, only to be left heartbroken by Woods and Kingston. The duo verbally decimated the former WWE Champion and rejected his proposal to become their manager. Xavier went as far as to say that he would never be medically cleared to return to in-ring competition.
While fans are still recovering from the turn of events, NXT's Wes Lee has come forward to tease an alliance with Woods and Kingston. The 30-year-old star recently responded to a fan on X/Twitter who wrote that he would love to see him join the heel version of The New Day with Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston. The former NXT North American Champion responded in the affirmative to the pitch:
"Yall wouldn’t be ready for that…"

Sam Roberts thinks fans might have seen the last of Big E in WWE
On the latest episode of his Notsam Wrestling podcast, RAW Talk host Sam Roberts speculated that there was a chance Big E might have made his last appearance in WWE on the latest episode of the red brand. He explained that Xavier Woods' comments about the 38-year-old star never being medically cleared to wrestle again could be a hint at his wrestling career ending for good.
"In order for all this to be worth it and I worry because Xavier Woods said it. 'Let's be honest, you're never gonna be medically cleared.' I don't know if we have seen the last of Big E. The last thing I wanna see is Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston put their hands on Big E. That could be too much," Sam Roberts said.
It remains to be seen how WWE books Kofi Kingston and Woods going forward as they are sure to further lean into their heel characters after shockingly kicking Big E out of The New Day.
