31-year-old star makes sudden WWE debut; shocking twist could see potential new champion already under serious threat

A long-awaited debut finally took place on the latest episode of WWE NXT, as Stephanie Vaquer made a surprise appearance during the show. Her arrival has put Giulia under serious threat.

The Beautiful Madness will challenge Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women's Championship next week on The CW Network. This will be the latter's first time competing for a title in the company, as she only made her debut a few weeks ago. This week, the two stars were involved in an in-ring press conference on NXT.

Giulia stated that her time was now, and she came to NXT to become champion. Roxanne Perez admitted that she used to be a big fan of hers and wondered whether they would ever cross paths. She added that the Japanese star came to WWE to fight her, not the other way around.

Giulia mentioned that she was still the most feared wrestler in the world. Just then, Stephanie Vaquer showed up on the Titantron. This was the 31-year-old's first live on-screen appearance in WWE. She asked them what they would do with her waiting on the other side of their NXT Women's Championship match.

Giulia hasn't won the title yet, but this might already be a concern for her. It's unknown whether or not Stephanie will interfere in the bout, but if Giulia does emerge victorious, a big challenge awaits her.
