33-year-old WWE Superstar reacts to fan concerned about her injury; announces imminent revenge on RAW
WWE is becoming a breeding ground for unruly heels, who have been ruthlessly attacking their opponents and injuring them. Recently, a worried fan sent a message to a 33-year-old superstar who was injured similarly and asked them to take care of their injury. Responding to it, the talent announced imminent revenge on their assailants on Monday Night RAW.
Zelina Vega has been the target of several unprovoked attacks by Shayna Baszler, Zoey Stark, and Sonya Deville. Hence, Vega injured her arm, which was later targeted multiple times by the Pure Fusion Collective (PFC), forcing her to stay off TV.
Recently, Vega reacted to The Judgment Day segment from this week’s RAW, which invited a message of concern from one of her fans. The Latino World Order member responded to this tweet, mentioning that she was eagerly awaiting her chance to get revenge on the heels.
“Oh trust me. That’s first and foremost. Revenge is the sweetest when served on Captain Cranium,” Vega wrote.
Zelina Vega had already proven her mettle to the WWE Universe by defeating Zoey Stark in a singles match despite being injured. However, she is currently recovering and possibly awaiting the right moment to take out all three members of the heel faction. Interestingly, she isn’t the only one who was ambushed by Pure Fusion Collective.
Damage CTRL fails to get its revenge on WWE RAW
This week’s episode of WWE RAW saw Damage CTRL’s IYO SKY and Kairi Sane square off against Pure Fusion Collective’s Zoey Stark and Shayna Baszler. The two factions clashed since PFC attacked and badly injured Dakota Kai by targeting her surgically repaired knee.
The showdown between both groups also served as the number one contenders match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. However, the recently turned babyface crew failed to get revenge on Dakota Kai's behalf due to Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn's interference.
The Women's Tag Team Champions were apparently watching the match from ringside but got caught in the crossfire when SKY dodged a kick from Stark that hit Fyre. Thus, The Unholy Union unleashed themselves on their potential future challengers and cleared the ring.
Currently, Damage CTRL only has half of its members since Asuka has been on a long injury hiatus. Hence, the group can team up with Zelina Vega to even the numbers against Pure Fusion Collective. It will be interesting to see whether these pro wrestlers work together to take out a common enemy.
