350-pound WWE star has two-word reaction to Sami Zayn's tribute to legendary tag team
Sami Zayn made a beautiful tribute to a legendary tag team on his social media recently. A massive WWE star has also reacted to his tribute. This was Ivar, who is currently out of action with an injury.
The Briscoe Brothers were one of the greatest tag teams in history of professional wrestling. They competed in some brutal matches over the years and have proven themselves to be one of the toughest tag teams of this generation.
Although they never signed with the WWE, they competed in several promotions around the world and won championships wherever they went. Sadly, they tag team came to an abrupt end when Jay Briscoe was killed in a car accident in 2023.
Recently, a fan posted an old video of The Briscoes against Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens from their ROH days. Sami Zayn reacted to this video with some nice words about Jay and Mark Briscoe.
"The Briscoes are the best tag team of the past 25 years, and on a short list for best of all time. At least a dozen top wrestlers today will tell you the best/toughest tag matches of their careers were with Dem Boys. I wouldn’t be here without them. I miss you Jay. Love you, Mark," said Zayn.
Ivar also caught wind of Sami's message and seemingly agreed with the former Intercontinental Champion.

Sami Zayn recalls his previous WarGames victory ahead of Survivor Series
There have been two WarGames matches on the main roster in recent years and Sami Zayn has participated in both of them. He teamed up with The Bloodline in 2022 to face the team of Drew McIntyre, Kevin Owens, and The Brawling Brutes. Last year, he joined Cody Rhodes' team to face The Judgment Day and Drew McIntyre.
Given that Survivor Series: WarGames will be taking place in Canada this year, Sami took to social media to hype up the event by recalling his previous two WarGames matches.
"Having been in both WAR GAMES matches, I can tell you that this event is a can’t miss. I am so pumped it’s coming home to Canada this November! You can get tickets now with presale code: ALLWWE," wrote Zayn.
