38-year-old star's face turn seemingly teased ahead of Bloodline's tag team title match on SmackDown

The Bloodline had a big tag team title match against DIY in the main event of SmackDown before SummerSlam 2024. Before the match began, a 38-year-old star's face turn was seemingly teased.

Ahead of DIY's defense of the WWE Tag Team Championship, Johnny Gargano was pumped up to be in his hometown of Cleveland. He cut a promo expressing his love for the city and looked readier than ever.

Walking toward the ring to face his challengers, Johnny went to his wife Candice LeRae, who was with their son Quill Lewis Gargano. The couple kissed, and her body language seemed to suggest she could be a babyface again.

The 38-year-old turned heel by berating Maxxine Dupri and mentioning her late brother only five months ago, and it appears that she's had another change in character.

LeRae and Indi Hartwell have struggled to find TV time, and hopefully, this will be a catalyst for them to be able to appear on SmackDown more. Gargano called his wife WWE's most underrated superstar.

Unfortunately for Gargano, Jacob Fatu would prove too much, as The Bloodline captured the WWE Tag Team Championship.
