39-year-old star's blockbuster WWE debut teased for RAW on Netflix on January 6
The WWE RAW on Netflix debut looks like it will be one of the biggest episodes in the flagship brand's history. A 39-year-old superstar's blockbuster debut was also teased on the 16 December episode of the red brand.
Two major matches have already been announced for the January 6 Netflix debut show. Roman Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa in a Tribal Combat match was announced, while Seth Rollins vs. CM Punk's long-awaited dream clash was also made official following their brawl on December 16.
Now, it looks like the debut of RAW on Netflix will feature another major arrival - Pentagon Jr. The 39-year-old star has seemingly finished up his AEW duties, and it was just a matter of when and not if he signs with WWE.
With a video package this week showing the number zero - representing Pentagon Jr.'s "Zero Miedo" slogan (Zero fear), it looks like this was a clear-cut tease. The fact the new logo for the red brand was used implies that the debut will happen on January 6.
Pentagon Jr's departure from AEW has been much more silent than his Lucha Brothers tag team partner Rey Fenix - who also looks like he is slated to sign with WWE eventually.
Fenix made a series of statements accusing AEW of unjust treatment when he needed medical care, and Tony Khan's response (which you can see in the tweet below) has been ridiculed.
Fenix is expected to join Pentagon Jr. when he finishes up with AEW.
