4-time WWE champion pitched as Jade Cargill’s replacement for Women’s Survivor Series: WarGames match

WWE Superstar Jade Cargill was ambushed in the parking lot on last week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown. This has effectively removed her from the upcoming women’s WarGames match at the Survivor Series. Naomi pitched Bayley as a replacement for The Storm to fill her position now.

The four-time WWE Women’s Champion is a longtime friend of The Glow and is in an ongoing feud against Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton. In a backstage segment of this week’s episode of RAW, Naomi suggested bringing The Role Model onto the team to fill in for Jade Cargill. However, Bianca Belair dismissed the option right away.

The Storm’s partner wasn’t even interested in including IYO SKY’s Damage CTRL teammate Kairi Sane on the team for the November 30, 2024 match. Rhea Ripley walked in on the conversation and didn’t make things easier for the babyface team.

The Eradicator said that she didn’t care who replaced the Women’s Tag Team Champion as long as she didn’t get in Mami’s way. This made The EST of WWE criticize Ripley for her way of leading the team. Moreover, she walked out, stating that she needed to prepare for her WarGames advantage match against Nia Jax, leaving the responsibility of recruitment to her team.

It will be interesting to see who replaces Jade Cargill on the babyface team and if Belair is able to warm up to Bayley.
