44-year-old star comments on a potential return under Triple H's regime; he last wrestled for WWE almost 16 years ago
Triple H's regime gave WWE Superstars who were released or let go by the old regime a second chance. The former Tag Team and Cruiserweight Champion Paul London recently commented on a potential return to the Stamford-based company after almost 16 years.
By the end of 2008, Paul London was released from the company and moved to the independent circuit for a while. The star spent five years with WWE and held gold on different occasions. London also gave fans an iconic Royal Rumble elimination, the said moment is used in highlight packages to promote the Rumble even today.
Speaking on Cafe De Rene, the former three-time Tag Team Champion addressed the possibility of returning to WWE under Triple H's regime. He also stated he has no issues with The King of Kings and would like to welcome new opportunities.
"I welcome fresh new opportunities regardless. I try to navigate through it as best as I can and as we all do. And if it was ever to a point where something or somebody that I felt I didn't want to be associated with, I just wouldn't do it, but that's not the case there," London said. [From 02:10 to 02:30]

Paul London has no grudge over his prior incident with Triple H in WWE
Paul London was no stranger to controversy. He once merely smiled on camera while Vince McMahon was walking away to his limo, which led to him being released. However, there's another incident that took place a year ago between Triple H and London, when the two were active competitors in WWE.
In the same interview, London stated he holds no grudge against The King of Kings and would give another shot at working for WWE if the opportunity arises.
"Yeah, I do not hold a grudge. To me, it's funny to me to think back that I had threatened Triple H with a trident. It's funny to me that he and I never got into an argument, but there was always this weird dance with us socially. Do I hate the guy? I never hated him. It takes a lot for me to hate anybody," London said.

It'll be interesting to see if the company ever uses London in some capacity.
