6' 3" WWE Superstar is the biggest star in wrestling today, says Vince Russo; it's not Cody Rhodes
Cody Rhodes is currently the Undisputed WWE Champion. However, wrestling veteran Vince Russo does not believe he is the biggest star in the business today.
On a recent episode of his podcast, The Brand, a fan asked Russo to name who he thought was the biggest star in wrestling today. Although The American Nightmare is the face of the new Triple H era in WWE, the former head writer picked another massive superstar, Roman Reigns.
The 63-year-old stated that, in his opinion, the former Undisputed WWE Universal Champion was the biggest star in the industry today. The Original Tribal Chief returned to TV at SummerSlam, last month, after nearly four months of absence. However, he has been missing from programming again since Solo Sikoa and The Bloodline destroyed him on the August 16 episode of SmackDown.
"I would have to say the biggest star in wrestling today is, I would have to say Roman Reigns. That would be my opinion," he said. [9:22 - 9:32]

John Cena thinks Roman Reigns is the greatest WWE Superstar of all time
During a recent interview with Club Shay Shay, John Cena was asked who he believed was the greatest superstar of all time. The Leader of the Cenation picked Roman Reigns.
The 16-time world champion pointed out that The Original Tribal Chief has been competing on the highest level since his main roster debut 12 years ago. He added that there's no "better breathing example of what the best the business has ever been than Roman Reigns."
"I'm also enamored by the business side. And I don't think there's a better breathing example of what the best the business has ever been than Roman Reigns. And it's amazing that I'm saying a still active talent with years in front of him is the greatest of all time, but he's been in it since 2012. I had to work my way up. I started on the bench then got on to the Saturday program, and then just lost every match. He came in with The Shield in a really high-level spot and never wavered. Even when the fans didn't like him, he was still in a main event spot," he said.
Meanwhile, Cena claimed The Rock was the second-greatest superstar of all time after his cousin. It would be interesting to see if the Leader of the Cenation would share the ring with any of these two massive WWE stars on his Farewell Tour next year.
