A long-teased rivalry may finally be happening in WWE, says Bill Apter (Exclusive)
WWE is often quick to book rivalries fans desperately want to see. However, one particular feud that was teased months ago has yet to happen. Hall of Famer Bill Apter thinks the much-awaited program may finally be materializing.
The potential feud in question is that between Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair. Upon her WWE in-ring debut in the 2024 Royal Rumble Match, Cargill came face-to-face with Belair in a tense moment. The confrontation received a loud pop from fans, signaling that they wanted to see the powerhouses collide. However, the duo later combined forces to win tag team gold.
Cargill and The EST's brief reign as champions ended at Clash at the Castle in Glasgow, Scotland. This has led many to speculate whether the duo will finally feud against each other.
On Sportskeeda Wrestling's UnSKripted, Bill Apter said the time for the long-teased WWE feud to materialize might have arrived.
"At the Royal Rumble this year, one of the most telling moments was when Bianca and the brand new recruit Jade were face to face, and the fans popped. They popped. So I think little by little, we might see a little dissension between the two of them, and it might be time to put them together in a feud." [10:52 onwards]
