Absent WWE star hints at return ahead of RAW
An absent WWE star has seemingly hinted at a return ahead of tonight's episode of RAW. Chad Gable, Braun Strowman, and Bronson Reed will be competing in a Money in the Bank Qualifying Triple Threat match tonight on the red brand.
The Wyatt Sicks debuted last Monday night and attacked Chad Gable in the final minutes of the show. However, Chad Gable has been cleared to compete tonight and has the chance to earn his way into the Men's Money in the Bank Ladder match on July 6. Ahead of tonight's show, Ivar took to his Instagram story to hint at a return.
The Viking Raider has been out of action with an injury since his loss to North American Champion Oba Femi on the April 30 edition of WWE NXT.
"Maybe it's time for a VIKING in the bank," he wrote.
Ivar's tag team partner, Erik, is also currently out with an injury. The veteran underwent neck fusion surgery and has not competed in a match since last September.
Former WWE manager makes bold prediction for tonight's RAW
Wrestling legend Dutch Mantell believes Chad Gable will defeat Braun Strowman and Bronson Reed in tonight's Money in the Bank Qualifying Triple Threat match.
Speaking on the latest episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk show, Mantell predicted that Chad Gable would win the Triple Threat match after surviving the attack by the Wyatt Sicks last week.
He noted that Gable has been with the company for a long time and WWE may finally have something big planned for him.
"I think he’ll win that one. Chad Gable is another one you gotta watch, people like him and I’ve compared him to Kurt Angle cause he’s kinda stupid anyway and the delivery he does. I think he wins and they got something in Chad Gable. He’s been there 10 years and they hadn’t found the magic about him. Maybe they found it now." [From 51:23 onwards]

Chad Gable has also given himself a new nickname ahead of tonight's episode of WWE RAW. Only time will tell if the Alpha Academy leader will emerge victorious in the Triple Threat match tonight.
