Adam Pearce gets into heated argument with major WWE star ahead of RAW
Adam Pearce got into a heated argument with a major WWE star on social media today. Pearce currently serves as the General Manager of Monday Night RAW.
The New Day's Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston betrayed Big E earlier this month on RAW. The duo turned down E's offer to be their manager and claimed he would never be cleared to return to the ring after suffering a broken neck in 2022.
Woods took a shot at Adam Pearce earlier today and claimed he was mismanaging the tag team division. The RAW GM responded and invited Woods to come to his office anytime so they could have a conversation in person.
"You want to have a legitimate conversation? Knock on my office door in any arena on any Monday where we’re in the same city instead of running your hornblower on Twitter like a mark. Thank you for your contributions to our television programs," Adam Pearce wrote.
The New Day was loudly booed by the WWE Universe last week when they tried to cut a promo. Woods and Kingston were furious with the crowd, as they believed they did the right thing by betraying Big E earlier this month.
Former WWE writer claims The New Day's heel turn made zero sense
Wrestling legend Vince Russo recently shared his thoughts on The New Day turning heel on RAW.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW show earlier this month, Russo commented on Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston leaving Big E behind. The veteran stated that the heel turn didn't make sense because his closest friends would never betray him due to an injury.
"That Kofi-Woods thing made zero sense. My God, bro. The dude broke his freaking neck, and you want me to believe that two of his closest friends are gonna cut a promo on him because he broke his neck? That was beyond unbelievable," he said.
The Judgment Day's Finn Balor and JD McDonagh will defend their World Tag Team Championship against The War Raiders tomorrow night on WWE RAW. It will be interesting to see if Adam Pearce gives The New Day an opportunity at the titles in the weeks ahead on the red brand.
