Adam Pearce left confused by WWE Superstar on RAW

WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce has his work cut out dealing with all the chaos on the red brand's show. The 46-year-old has recently been kept busy by several top superstars, including Drew McIntyre, CM Punk, Bron Breakker, and more, who have looked desperate to get their hands on their respective rivals. Pearce recently shared his reaction to his conversation with The Scottish Warrior.

On the July 22 edition of Monday Night RAW, the GM announced Drew McIntyre and CM Punk would lock horns at SummerSlam, with former World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins as the special guest referee. Later the same night, the Scottish Warrior confronted Pearce, raising his concern about The Visionary's involvement in his much-anticipated match against The Second City Saint.

Adam Pearce, however, shrugged off McIntyre's concerns and left, stating he needed a drink. The former WWE Champion wasn't impressed, as he wondered what the General Manager's words meant. Pearce recently took to Instagram to share a clip of the backstage interaction, with the caption suggesting he was confused by the question asked by Drew.

"What does that even mean? #APHistory #adampearce #wwe #wweraw #prowrestling #drewmcintyre #drink #life," he wrote.

Drew McIntyre was recently suspended following a physical altercation with Adam Pearce at WWE Money in the Bank

Drew McIntyre won the Men's Money in the Bank ladder match in the opening contest of the premium live event. Later the same night, he made his way to the squared circle as he tried to cash in his contract during the ongoing championship bout between Damian Priest and Seth Rollins.

However, CM Punk appeared out of nowhere and attacked McIntyre, which enabled Damian Priest to pin the Scottish Warrior and retain the World Heavyweight Championship against all odds. After the premium live event ended, a visibly frustrated McIntyre sabotaged the post-show discussions featuring Wade Barrett, Big E, and Jackie Redmond to send a warning to The Best in the World.

WWE officials tried to calm McIntyre down but to no effect. Adam Pearce then tried to pull McIntyre away from the desk, only to receive an elbow to the side of his head. The RAW General Manager got into McIntyre's face before Wade Barrett stopped the situation from further escalating. However, it was later revealed that the 39-year-old had been suspended for his actions.

Adam Pearce has finally managed to calm down Drew McIntyre. It will be interesting to see how things will shape up after the latter faces CM Punk at the upcoming premium live event.
