Adam Pearce requested to fine another former WWE Champion; WWE official responds

Adam Pearce has had a hectic 48 hours since Money In The Bank. While the premium live event was a huge success, the RAW General Manager had to fine and suspend Drew McIntyre after he went rogue after the show. Pearce has received another request to fine former WWE Champion Kofi Kingston.

At Money In The Bank, Drew McIntyre won the men's ladder match to clinch the coveted briefcase that promised him a title shot in the future. The Scottish Warrior cashed in his opportunity the same night during Seth Rollins and Damian Priest's title match. Unfortunately for the MITB winner, CM Punk interfered and cost him his chance to reclaim the World Heavyweight Title.

After the show, McIntyre went rogue among the interview panelists, forcing Adam Pearce and crew to arrive at the scene. McIntyre laid his hands on the WWE official, forcing him to suspend and fine him. Since the announcement, Karrion Kross made a similar request to the WWE RAW General Manager to fine Kofi Kingston.

The request may seem like a way to get back at Kingston for taking a shot at Kross earlier. However, Pearce has acknowledged the request and thanked the WWE RAW Superstar for bringing the allegations to his notice.

Why did Adam Pearce double Drew McIntyre's fine?

The Scottish Warrior's rage has had no limits since Money in the Bank. Upon hearing about Adam Pearce's decision to suspend and fine him, McIntyre responded by insulting the RAW General Manager.

Pearce was not going to take McIntyre's words lying down. He immediately responded by asking the WWE RAW Superstar to enjoy his time off and that he was doubling his fine amount.

"Enjoy your off time! Your fine is now doubled. Free advice: Tweet less," Pearce responded to McIntyre.

The WWE RAW General Manager has not only punished the Scotsman but also his nemesis, CM Punk. Pearce had also announced that Punk would be fined an undisclosed amount for his actions at Money In The Bank.
