After Jacob Fatu, WWE has shown interest in reported next Bloodline member for 'a long, long time'

Jacob Fatu was the latest WWE superstar to join The Bloodline, taking out Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens in minutes. WWE might not be done adding members to the group since they are reportedly interested in another former NJPW star.

Solo Sikoa has made himself the new leader of The Bloodline in the absence of Roman Reigns. Sikoa first recruited Tama Tonga followed by Tonga Loa before the arrival of The Samoan Werewolf. They showed their ruthlessness this Friday by taking out the Wiseman Paul Heyman.

On a recent Q&A podcast for Fightful Select, Sean Ross Sapp was asked about WWE's interest in bringing Hikuleo. The former NJPW star is the real-life brother of Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa.

"I don't know if he's signed or anything like that as of yet but they had interest in him for a long, long time," Sapp said.

Sean Ross Sapp also noted that WWE has been interested in Hikuleo for quite some time now dating back to almost two years ago. He last wrestled for NJPW back on June 9, 2024, at Dominion 6.9 in Osaka-jo Hall.

If Hikuleo joins The Bloodline, one of his potential names is Talla Tonga. It was one of the in-ring names recently trademarked by WWE. Another potential name is Caesar Sikoa which was reportedly for Jacob Fatu until management decided to let him keep his real name.

Wrestling veteran praises Jacob Fatu and takes shot at AEW

On the latest episode of The Jim Cornette Experience podcast, Jim Cornette discussed the WWE debut of Jacob Fatu and how impactful it was compared to Will Ospreay and Kazuchika Okada. Cornette has always been critical of AEW and how they handle their top stars.

"That's how you make an impact with people. That's how you get a new talent over. ... How much do you think they [WWE] spent for Jacob Fatu and how much do you think Tony [Khan] spent for Ocody [Okada] or for Will Ostrich [Ospreay]?" Cornette said. [1:17 - 1:38]

While Fatu has taken out several superstars, including the Undisputed WWE Champion, Ospreay has wrestled a lot in AEW and Okada joined The Elite.
