AJ Lee sends message to Liv Morgan following Bad Blood loss

AJ Lee sent a message to Liv Morgan on social media today following WWE Bad Blood last night in Atlanta, Georgia. Liv Morgan lost to Rhea Ripley last night via disqualification after Raquel Rodriguez interfered in the match but remains the reigning Women's World Champion.

Earlier today, Bayley, Liv Morgan, and Cora Jade attempted to talk AJ Lee out of retirement on social media. Lee has not competed in a match since 2015, but many fans are still hopeful that she will return to the ring someday. The 37-year-old responded to the Women's World Champion on social media and noted that she was enjoying their peer pressure.

"@YaOnlyLivvOnce I adore you goddesses and your peer pressure," she wrote.

Bayley then reacted to the post and claimed that they were only looking out for AJ Lee's health by trying to convince her to return to the ring.

"Dude we’re just looking out for your well being and health. We care about you," wrote Bayley.

Lee is married to WWE Superstar CM Punk in real life. The veteran has been involved in a personal rivalry with Drew McIntyre since the Men's Royal Rumble match in January and picked up a victory over The Scottish Warrior in a Hell in a Cell match last night at WWE Bad Blood.

AJ Lee comments on CM Punk's storyline in WWE

AJ Lee recently admitted that she did not watch CM Punk on WWE television and was unaware of what was going on with his storyline.

In an interview with Haley Miller of ComicBook, the former champion disclosed that she had no clue what was happening with her husband on WWE RAW. Lee noted that she does not like to watch Punk wrestle live and pays more attention to the female stars on the roster.

"I mean this in the most loving way, I have no idea what’s going on [laughs]. I’m weird about like — I don’t want to watch my husband wrestle live because I’m scared. It’s like a weird juju thing," AJ said. "But also, it’s kind of like when you go home from work, do you open up your email? It’s kind of like that. It feels like that, if people can understand. So, I’m sort of on the periphery, and I get kind of looped in mostly for women’s stuff, because that’s what I’m interested in," she added. [H/T: ComicBook]

NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez claimed that she would not retire until she had a match against AJ Lee. It will be interesting to see if Lee ever decides to return to the ring.
