WWE stars Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows discussed AJ Styles' upcoming NOAH appearance

Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows recently praised Triple H for his efforts to get AJ Styles to appear at Pro Wrestling NOAH.

Speaking in an interview, Anderson stated that it was quite historic for The Phenomenal One to return to Japan and share the ring with the legendary Naomichi Marufuji. Anderson said:

"It's very exciting to be able to see AJ Styles since he's became [sic] such a massive worldwide superstar in the WWE. To go back and have a WWE Superstar work with a NOAH Superstar in Japan... Marufuji vs AJ Styles. It's history."

Anderson's tag team partner and Styles' O.C. stablemate, Gallows, added the following:

"I think we kind of have to tip our hat to the new WWE. To the vision of Triple H. Because just a couple of short years ago, this match would never happen... Hats off to both companies for coming together because this is truly a dream match for not only American fans but Japanese fans as well who AJ Styles has a legacy there," he said.

Styles' last appearance in the Stamford-based company was at Clash at the Castle: Scotland when he lost to Cody Rhodes in an "I Quit" Match.
