"You never know" – Alexa Bliss makes massive tease about future WWE plans
Alexa Bliss made a big tease amidst her on-screen absence during the recent WWE 2K22 launch stream.
It has been a while since Bliss appeared on WWE TV. She participated in the Women's Elimination Chamber Match in Saudi Arabia earlier this year and came quite close to winning it. Bliss hasn't competed on WWE TV ever since.
Alexa Bliss participated in the recent WWE 2K22 launch stream and Liv Morgan, Shelton Benjamin, and others. While being introduced to viewers, Bliss made a major tease about possibly eyeing the NXT Women's title:
"NXT! I've never won the NXT Women's Championship. You never know. You never know." (from 34:48 to 34:56)
Alexa Bliss had a three-year run in NXT before moving to the main roster
Little Miss Bliss has done quite well for herself on WWE's main roster over the past six years. Bliss was promoted to the main roster in 2016 after a three-year stint down in NXT.
Alexa Bliss made her NXT debut on September 20, 2013, in a Six-Person Tag Team Match. She teamed up with Sasha Banks & Emma in a losing effort against Bayley, Kendall Skye & Paige. Later in her NXT run, Bliss formed a stable with Wesley Blake & Buddy Murphy. The trio competed in a series of Six-Person Tag Team matches.
Bliss became one of the top female stars on the main roster. She had the following to say about Blake & Murphy in an interview with WWE's official website:
"Let me put this in terms so that even you can understand. I'll describe it in one word: over. Blake, Murphy and I used to be best friends. They helped me discover who I am. They taught me that Bliss was good, but bad is better. Because of the boys, I was able to really express who I am, instead of being the pixie princess I was pretending to be." (H/T - WWE)
Alexa Bliss has won three RAW and two SmackDown Women's titles over the past six years. She did well as a singles star in NXT but never won the brand's women's championship.
Will Bliss follow in the footsteps of Charlotte Flair and Mandy Rose and move to NXT to try to capture the women's title? Sound off!
