Baron Corbin reacts to major moment on WWE SmackDown
Baron Corbin reacted to a major moment from this past Friday night's edition of WWE SmackDown on social media today. The former champion competed in the Gauntlet Match this past Friday night to determine the number one contenders for the WWE Tag Team Championship.
The Bloodline's Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga won the Gauntlet Match and will be challenging Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa (#DIY) for the titles this Friday night on SmackDown. Baron Corbin teamed with Apollo Crews in the match but came up short.
However, he did connect with the End of Days on Angel to eliminate Legado Del Fantasma and took to Instagram to boast about the moment. You can check out the post on Instagram by clicking here.

Baron Corbin spent some time in NXT earlier this year and captured the NXT Tag Team Championship with Bron Breakker. The duo lost the titles to Nathan Frazer and Axiom on the April 9 edition of NXT. Breakker has since joined the main roster and will be challenging Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship this Saturday at WWE SummerSlam.
Former WWE manager would pay to see Baron Corbin retire John Cena
Dutch Mantell has hilariously claimed that he would pay to see Baron Corbin be John Cena's final opponent in WWE.
Baron Corbin picked up possibly the biggest victory of his career at WrestleMania 35 when he defeated Kurt Angle in the legend's final wrestling match. Speaking on a recent episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk show, Mantell claimed he would purchase a ticket to watch Corbin retire Cena and found the idea of the match hilarious.
"Oh, Baron Corbin? That would be good. I'd watch that! (...) I would even buy a ticket to go see it. Then, they would srew me and have Corbin beat him, and I'd go, 'What the hell!?'" [From 54:11 to 54:34]

John Cena caused Baron Corbin to fail his Money in the Bank cash-in on Jinder Mahal back in the day. The Modern Day Maharaja was released by the company earlier this year and recently made his debut in Game Changer Wrestling.
