Batista spotted with a WWE star a day before RAW

Batista was recently spotted with a current WWE Superstar a day before RAW in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He has not been seen inside the squared circle since April 2019. The legend was recently spotted with Titus O'Neil.

The Animal is recognized as one of the greatest WWE stars of his generation. He was supposed to be inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2020, but it was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The company honored his request to reschedule the induction ceremony.

On his Instagram Story, the two-time WWE Champion shared a photo of himself with Titus O'Neil. It was an original Instagram post by O'Neil, who currently works as an ambassador for the Stamford-based company.

It has been well-documented that Batista and Titus O'Neil are very good friends outside the ring. They usually run into each other since they both live in Tampa, Florida. O'Neil even had a part in one of The Animal's latest films called, Trap House.

The former Tag Team Champion has a small role in the abovementioned movie, possibly as a police officer or a detective. Other stars in Trap House include Bobby Cannavale, Sophia Lillis, Blu Del Barrio, Kate Del Castillo, and Tony Dalton.

Batista battled anxiety early in his WWE career

In an interview with Arizona News in February 2024 as part of the promotional tour of his movie, Dune: Part Two, Batista opened up about having anxiety early in his WWE career. He felt nervous and self-conscious every time before coming out of the Gorilla Position, but got better once he screamed.

"It's anxiety. When I started wrestling, I was literally physically sick before I walked out the curtain. I used to walk out the curtain and [screams]. And all my anxiety was gone and that's what it is. I get nervous, I get self-conscious, then I get anxious, but as soon as I go [screams] it goes away. It's easy for me to do that and I can relax from there," the wrestler-turned-actor said. [H/T: SEScoops]

The 55-year-old former WWE Superstar has a bunch of movies lined up like Aang: The Last Airbender, The Last Showgirl, and Afterburn.
