Bayley recalls being part of important WWE moment 11 years ago
Bayley recalls being part of an iconic WWE moment 11 years ago. She had just started her WWE career back then.
Before becoming the fighting champion that she is, Bayley started her WWE career on NXT. During her time there, she was involved in some major matches and created history with the likes of Mercedes Mone. The Role Model has been a part of many historic and iconic moments in WWE history.
11 years ago, WWE's landscape changed when the company launched the Performance Center to help younger talent train and improve their skills when necessary. Considering the Performance Center's anniversary, Bayley took to social media to remind fans that she built the first rings inside the WWE Performance Center.
"I remember building the first rings that went up inside," she wrote.
Bayley reveals advice she got from John Cena
John Cena is widely regarded as one of the greatest WWE Superstars ever. He has done everything he set out to accomplish in his career and is now focusing on the next chapter of his life. The Cenation leader announced his impending retirement from WWE.
During an interview with US Magazine, The Role Model revealed what advice she got from John Cena.
"I said, ‘John, if there’s anything you think is missing from the women’s division or anything specific you think I should work on, what should it be?' It turned into this hour-long conversation and it all came down to storytelling. What’s the story we’re trying to tell tonight? Don’t think about what they want, what he wants, what you want. It’s all about storytelling. He wants to give back in a way that not everybody does. He has such unique information that he can share. It brings us back to why we got into it. Having him around to have conversations has been really great," Bayley said.
John Cena is all set to kick off his retirement tour, which will end in 2025. It remains to be seen who he will face on this tour.
