Bayley sends a threatening message to 28-year-old star following major loss at WWE SmackDown

WWE Superstar Bayley has sent a warning to a fellow SmackDown Superstar after she was pinned on the latest edition of the blue brand show. The Role Model was left frustrated by outside interference during the match.

The 35-year-old and Naomi were supposed to face Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton. However, the Buffed Barbie was absent on the latest edition of SmackDown, which forced The Irresistible Force to team up with Candice LeRae. The match ended with the WWE Speed Champion pinning Bayley to score the win for her team after interference from Indi Hartwell.

In a recently posted Instagram video, Bayley expressed frustration following the loss as she called out Indi Hartwell for getting involved. The former Damage CTRL leader stated she knew the former NXT Women's Champion's partner, Candice LeRae, very well. She further claimed that she would teach Hartwell a lesson.

"Well, if it's not one thing, it's another. If it's not one person I have to worry about on the outside, like Tiffy Stratton, you know, she went home sick. Maybe I might have to send Indi Hartwell home sick. Huh? She wants to hang out on the outside when she's not even in a match and get involved in my business. Business that I've been dealing with since WrestleMania? You know what, Indi, I know your story, and I know Candice [LeRae] very, very well. And you know, she's too good for you. I'm gonna admit it, she's too good for you. But I'm gonna teach you a lesson whether you like it or not. And you are gonna realize that you made the biggest mistake in your young little career, you idiot," she said.

Former WWE star shares honest opinion about a controversial spot in Bayley's recent match

Bayley challenged Nia Jax for the WWE Women's Championship at Bad Blood. The match, which saw The Irresistible Force successfully defend her title, featured a controversial spot. The champion botched a hurricanrana, trying to counter The Role Model's attempted powerbomb.

On a recent edition of his Stevie Richard Show, the former WWE star suggested Bayley shouldn't have sold the botched move. He added that it was unfortunate that despite their hard work, the match would be remembered for the infamous spot.

"I would have rather Bayley just literally let Nia take her bump and shook her head like, 'No, no, no. You're not going to do that.' The old [Dikembe] Mutombo [finger wag] rest in peace. [...] This is where even what seemingly is the most experienced WWE main roster people today in 2024, they still show a level of independent wrestling greenness and inexperience to think, 'Well, she didn't get me, but let me take my own bump.' And she sells like she got 'hurricanrana-ed'. It's really just sad because these girls work their a**es off, and unfortunately, what are they going to be remembered for in this match? This spot," Richards said. [From 03:33 to 04:21]

After retaining her title at WWE Bad Blood, Nia Jax will face Women's World Champion Liv Morgan at Crown Jewel in a Champion vs Champion match for the recently revealed title.
