Bayley spotted with major AEW star following WWE Money in the Bank
WWE Women's Champion Bayley has been spotted with a major AEW star following Money in the Bank last night. The veteran was not booked for the premium live event last night in Toronto, Canada.
AEW Forbidden Door took place last weekend in New York and TBS Champion Mercedes Moné (formerly known as Sasha Banks in WWE) defeated Stephanie Vaquer to win the Strong Women's Title. Moné debuted with All Elite Wrestling earlier this year and captured the TBS Title at Double or Nothing 2024.
The CEO took to her Instagram today to share a video from her visit with House of Glory Wrestling. Bayley can also be spotted in the video and you can check it out in her post below.
"Always gotta stop by @hogwrestling to learn from @sensationalamazingred anytime I’m in New York! Thank you HOG Krew," wrote Moné.
Sasha Banks walked out of the company alongside Naomi in 2022 while the duo were the reigning Women's Tag Team Champions. The Glow has since returned to the promotion and competed in the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match last night won by Tiffany Stratton.
Bayley opens up about her role in WWE
Despite being the reigning WWE Women's Champion, Bayley believes there is another level for her to get to.
Speaking with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Bill Apter earlier this year in an exclusive interview, the 35-year-old noted that she doesn't feel like she is at the top of the women's division even though she is champion. The Role Model added that she has work to do to reach the top of the division and claimed 2024 would define her career.
"I think this WrestleMania I've been saying, honestly, this year is gonna define my career. I just wanna keep growing, you know? I know I'm at the top level of when you think about women's wrestling, especially in WWE, but, to be honest, I don't think I'm at that level yet." [From 01:41 – 02:02]

Bayley praised Tiffany Stratton earlier this year for her confidence. It will be interesting to see if Stratton attempts to cash in her Money in the Bank contract on the veteran in the weeks ahead on SmackDown.
