Becky Lynch should be upset after RAW due to one major reason, according to WWE veteran (Exclusive)

Becky Lynch last competed in WWE against Liv Morgan on May 27, 2024, and lost. Since then, the multi-time Women's Champion's contract has expired, and her pro wrestling future remains unclear. Former head writer Vince Russo feels Lynch must be upset after watching this week's RAW.

This week on the red show, Lyra Valkyria took on Sonya Deville. The former MMA fighter got the win over Valkyria after a distraction from Shayna Baszler. In October 2023, the Irish star defeated Becky Lynch to win the NXT Women's Title. The victory instantly made the 27-year-old one of the fastest-rising talents in WWE.

On Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW, Vince Russo said he would not be happy if he were in Lynch's place, as Lyra Valkyria's defeat made her look bad. Russo believed Valkyria's loss to Deville damaged The Man's credibility since the latter endorsed her last year.

"If I am Becky Lynch, I'm saying why did you have me endorse her if you're gonna do absolutely nothing with her? That brings down my brand, that brings down my brand." (25:30 - 25:42)

Valkyria also lost to Nia Jax in the final of the 2024 WWE Queen of the Ring Tournament. It will be interesting to see how she plans to bounce back from the losses.
