Big E shares emotional message despite not being advertised for The New Day RAW celebration
WWE Superstar Big E has shared an emotional update on social media ahead of the upcoming edition of Monday Night RAW. Surprisingly, The New Day member has not been advertised for the show.
The former WWE Champion has been absent from in-ring action since March 2022 following a career-threatening neck injury. Amid his absence from in-ring action, Big E has featured on multiple discussion panels during the premium live events.
Big E, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods joined forces in the summer of 2014. The New Day made its televised debut on the November 28, 2014, edition of SmackDown. Heading into the WWE Survivor Series: WarGames, the wrestling promotion announced The New Day's 10th anniversary celebration for the December 2 edition of the red brand's show.
Ahead of tonight's edition of RAW, the 38-year-old took to his X (FKA Twitter) account to express his gratitude for being a part of The New Day. He also shared a self-written piece, reflecting on his journey.
"I don’t know if The New Day saved my career or my life. But I know it turned them both into things where anything feels possible. I hope you’ll read this," he wrote.

Wrestling veteran claims that The New Day will implode in front of Big E
WWE has been teasing a split between Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods for several months. The tension reached a crescendo after the duo lost to the Alpha Academy last week. After the match, the two long-time teammates had a heated argument backstage.
On a recent edition of Sportskeeda Wrestling's UnSKripted podcast, veteran journalist Bill Apter pointed out that the segment seemed like a shoot. The NWA Hall of Famer said that Woods would turn heel during the upcoming 10th anniversary celebration in the presence of the 38-year-old.
"One of the things that I saw on there kind of reeked of shoot to me. Kofi Kingston [and] Xavier Woods face-to-face in one of the best promos. I am not even gonna call it a promo. It seemed so real. It seemed like Xavier Woods was shooting on Kofi. I am sure this is a lead-in to the 10th anniversary of The New Day next week. And I assume Big E will be in there, but I think things are gonna implode, and it's gonna be like decorations taken down, and I think Xavier Woods is gonna come out as a heel in this whole scenario," he said.
