Bloodline 'member' drawing interest from Judgment Day; Dominik Mysterio teases shocking acquisition
The Bloodline and The Judgment Day have been two of the most dominant factions in WWE over the past two years. However, it seems like Dominik Mysterio is ready for a potential crossover by possibly acquiring an associate of The Bloodline.
Solo Sikoa's Bloodline currently includes Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Bronson Reed. Loa and Reed are both out of action due to injuries sustained at Survivor Series: WarGames.
Meanwhile, the latest version of The Judgment Day is composed of "Dirty" Dom, Liv Morgan, Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, Carlito, and Raquel Rodriguez. There has been tension within the group, but nothing substantial has happened yet.
On the No-Contest Wrestling podcast, co-hosts O'Shea Jackson Jr. and TJ Jefferson asked Dominik Mysterio which four superstars he wanted on his side in a bar fight against 50 people. "Dirty" Dom picked Eddie Guerrero, Bronson Reed, Damian Priest, and Jacob Fatu.
While talking about "Big" Bronson, Dominik revealed that he was talking to his fellow Judgment Day members regarding the recruitment of the 330-pound star. He even joked about using chicken tenders to lure him away from The Bloodline.
"That's one of my boys in the back. I've been in talks, trying to talk to The Judgment Day to get this dude. He's a big chicken tender guy, so I'm trying to lure him in with some chicken tenders. I'm working on that, but I feel like he'd have my back," Dominik said. [36:13 - 36:30]
It will be interesting to see what the future holds for Bronson Reed given that he's reportedly set to miss WrestleMania 41 due to an ankle injury. Reed underwent surgery and could return around May or June, per the Wrestling Observer Radio.
Dominik Mysterio thinks he earned the WWE locker room's respect way before his Judgment Day stint
In his in-ring debut at SummerSlam 2020, Dominik Mysterio faced Seth Rollins in a Street Fight. During the build-up to their match, Mysterio endured a lot of kendo stick shots from Rollins and Buddy Murphy. He told the No-Contest Wrestling podcast that the boys in the back respected him after that segment.
"I like to call it the kendo crucified when I just got tied to the ropes and got beat absolutely. I think it was like 37 kendo shots total that I ended up taking. I remember that night, I got a lot of like it seemed like a lot of respect from the guys in the back and almost like a, 'Welcome to the business kid'-type of moment," Dominik said. 'Dirty' Dom continued to improve in every aspect of being a WWE Superstar and was recently named the best wrestler under 30 by ESPN.
