Bloodline win major titles for the first time ever on WWE SmackDown

Bloodline's dominance continued on WWE SmackDown tonight. The new-look faction has just won their first-ever titles.

Since WrestleMania 40, The Bloodline has undergone a drastic change. Solo Sikoa has taken over the group and he immediately started implementing changes. He first kicked out Jimmy Uso and added Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa.

If that wasn't enough, Solo brought in Jacob Fatu to join the group. A couple of weeks later, he took out Paul Heyman. For weeks, this new version of the group has been a menace on the blue brand as they tormented Kevin Owens, Randy Orton, and Cody Rhodes.

However, they were yet to win any titles, but that has changed tonight. Last week on WWE SmackDown, Tama Tonga and Jacob Fatu won a gauntlet match earning them a shot at the WWE Tag Team Championship tonight.

They took DIY to the limit and even Johnny Wrestling's resiliency wasn't enough for them to retain the titles tonight. The tide of the match turned when Tonga Loa distracted the referee while Solo Sikoa hit Tommaso Ciampa with a Spike. Jacob Fatu finished off the match for his team with an Implant DDT, following a series of devastating moves. This is the first title win for Tama Tonga and Jacob Fatu in WWE.

It will be interesting to see if Solo Sikoa will be able to add more gold to The Bloodline at WWE SummerSlam when he takes on Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship.
