Bobby Lashley shares ambiguous update almost three months after his last WWE match
Bobby Lashley hasn't wrestled a match on WWE TV since April 12, 2024. Meanwhile, there has been no significant update on the former world champion's return.
Lashley was working alongside The Street Profits as part of The Pride on SmackDown before being sidelined from in-ring action. In recent weeks, The Street Profits and B-Fab have made appearances on the blue brand, but there has been no mention of The All Mighty. The 47-year-old got injured and was written off TV before his King of the Ring Tournament match against Tama Tonga.
Angelo Dawkins replaced his stablemate in the competition and ultimately lost to The Bloodline member. Ahead of this week's episode of SmackDown, The All Mighty has shared an interesting update on Instagram discussing the importance of hanging around people who show you how to make money rather than the ones who flaunt their financial status.
"Hang around people who show you how to get some money, instead of showing you how they got it. #Business."
Lashley's WWE gimmick has always been about business and the fact that he can show others how to be successful as a businessman and a pro wrestler. This was the premise for The Hurt Business and how he was able to recruit The Street Profits to The Pride.
Right now, it's unclear when The All Mighty will be returning to WWE TV, but The Street Profits appear to be pushing forward without him.
Could Bobby Lashley make his return to WWE in the coming weeks?
Bobby Lashley has been absent from WWE for almost three months. Meanwhile, The Street Profits have continued their pursuit of the Tag Team Championship alongside B-Fab.
With SummerSlam 2024 on the horizon, there are a lot of opportunities in WWE at the moment that Lashley could take advantage of upon his potential comeback. Since he has now started to update his social media page more regularly, it could be a clue that he is looking to make his return relatively soon.
