Booker T reacts to MVP saying that Triple H refused to reunite The Hurt Business in WWE
WWE Hall of Famer Booker T recently weighed in on MVP claiming that Triple H did not want to reunite the Hurt Business in the Stamford-based promotion. The faction included MVP himself, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, and Cedric Alexander.
The group's entire run took place during the Pandemic Era, and they were forced to disband after The All Mighty captured the WWE Championship in early 2021. After the split, MVP kept managing Lashley while Benjamin and Alexander formed a tag team. However, both duos ended up getting split as well. Shelton Benjamin was released by WWE last year alongside several other talents.
While speaking on the latest edition of his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T commented on MVP disclosing on his Instagram that Triple H said no to reuniting the Hurt Business under the new regime. The two-time WWE Hall of Famer stated:
"MVP's comments, he pretty much made his feelings known. And I'm sure people that need to know are aware about his feelings but I was always a huge fan of The Hurt Business. I've said that here many times how instrumental of a role that MVP played as far as, you know, really really almost being that legitimizer for the Hurt Business such as Sherri Martel was for us back in the day. Hopefully they can work that situation out. I just think stuff like that need to be handled behind closed doors." [36:17 - 37:07]

What the future has in store for the 50-year-old star remains to be seen.
Booker T thinks MVP should have handled things privately instead of revealing everything on social media
After splitting with Bobby Lashley, MVP became Omos' manager. However, the two stars have not appeared on WWE TV for a while.
Booker T stated that business needs to be handled privately and not on social media for the entire world to see.
"No matter who say stuff like that I've said that many times about certain things as far as business go. Business is not something that we handle over the internet. It's just not. Business is something that we handle behind closed doors from a business perspective that's just me and hopefully that's where they end up at the end of the day," Booker T said. [37:12 - 37:35]
Bobby Lashley is currently part of a faction on SmackDown called The Pride. It also includes Montez Ford, Angelo Dawkins, and B-Fab.
