Brandi Rhodes provides personal update
Cody Rhodes' wife, former WWE star Brandi Rhodes, has posted a personal update on her Instagram. The ex-AEW wrestler has spoken about her current situation.
Brandi Rhodes needed surgery after she was diagnosed with stage four endometriosis. As a result of the disease, she dealt with severe internal pain, bloating, as well as other issues after getting pregnant. On top of that, doctors told her that she would always be in pain, thanks to the disease. She opened up previously, speaking about how seeing former Divas Champion Maryse deal with her health issues helped her to continue searching for answers.
She had to go through surgery for the same.
Now, the ex-WWE star has spoken up on Instagram about the effects of the surgery. While she was still not back to normal, she was trying to reach the previous levels. She added that her muscles had depleted a bit.
"Trying to get myself back in order after my surgery. The flex has depleted 🥲," Brandi wrote.
Brandi Rhodes revealed how Maryse had given her hope by talking about her condition
Brandi Rhodes previously revealed that she had gone through surgery to remove the damage that the disease had caused.
She had to go through a two-and-a-half-hour procedure in the OR, and they were able to extract all of the damage.
"I was in the OR for about 2 and a half hours. It was stage 4 endometriosis which is the highest level so it took a lot of time to extract it all. I am SO GLAD I was finally heard after all of this time. The point of this post is this: if Maryse didn't share her story, I would still be trying to manage all of this pain on my own," Brandi wrote.
Fans will follow her as Rhodes journeys back to health. It has not been easy, but her determination has been there for anyone to see.
