Braun Strowman sends surprising message during WWE hiatus; teases monstrous character change
Braun Strowman is currently out with an injury. He recently took to social media to send a surprising message.
For the last couple of months, Strowman has been seen as one of WWE's big babyfaces. His feud with Bronson Reed saw the two of them clash in a match titled Last Monster Standing. The two stars gave their all as the contest came after Reed had absolutely destroyed Strowman. It appeared that Reed had the upper hand in the match, but a returning Seth Rollins took him out with a giant stomp on the steel steps.
However, in reply to a recently re-surfaced video, Braun Strowman has said that he's the best heel in the business.
During the 2021 Mr Olympia weekend, Braun Strowman challenged Devon Larrattt to arm wrestling. Strowman got very physical trying to intimidate him. During one of the rounds, however, Larratt showed off what he could do, breaking off in the middle and telling Strowman to look at him as he then easily defeated the former Universal Champion. A fan posted the video, saying that everyone should be humble.
In response to this, Strowman said that he was the best heel in the business and insulted the fans. Whether this means that he's officially a heel again or not remains to be seen, and will be confirmed when he returns to the ring, but that seems to be what he's teasing.
"Best Heel in the business. Got ya Marks," he wrote.

Braun Strowman's currently out of WWE with an injury
Though Strowman won, he had suffered a torn groin during the match. This has led to him taking time away from the ring for the moment.
Early in his Last Monster Standing Match, Strowman suffered the injury. He didn't stop wrestling though, continuing on to the end even with the injury.
He's already walking around, so it can be assumed that he's better than he was before, but fans will have to wait and see when the star finally returns to the ring - and if it will be as a face or a heel.
