WWE News: Bray Wyatt wants a shot at the Intercontinental and WWE Championships
The Wyatt Family has been dominating the blue brand under the leadership of Bray Wyatt since the WWE Draft and now they have captured the Smackdown Tag team Championship. However, Bray Wyatt doesn’t intend to stop there and has expressed his desire to take over Smackdown Live entirely.
In a recent interview with WTOP FM’s Chris Cichon, Wyatt revealed that he wanted to win the Intercontinental championship and the WWE Championship to achieve his ultimate goal of ruling the entire brand.
“We rule SmackDown already, why not just make it official, cause for some reason when someone sees you walking around with this, whether they've had it before or whatever, you get some kind of newfound respect and I think that's what I'm after anyway.”
Bray disclosed that he has his sight set on the current Intercontinental Champion, The Miz and after that, he would be focusing on AJ Styles’ WWE Championship.

Apart from Bray, Luke Harper and Randy Orton, the Wyatt Family also includes Erick Rowan, who has been sidelined due to a torn rotator cuff. Moreover, the Black Sheep of the Family, Braun Strowman, has been dominating RAW and we cannot rule out a possibility of him reuniting with the Wyatts at some point.
The Eater of Worlds also hinted on recruiting some more members to the Family, which will only to make them stronger. Bray ensured that the Wyatt Family will always have the numbers advantage and that they possess the ability to destroy any obstacle in their path.
“It's an unstoppable, impenetrable fortress. If we keep steam rolling ahead, who knows what'll happen."
Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt emerged as the sole survivors of team Smackdown when the blue brand took on team RAW at this year’s Survivor Series. Within two weeks, they defeated Heath Slater and Rhyno to capture the Smackdown Tag team Championships.
With the members of the Wyatt Family by his side, The Eater of Worlds could very well go on to win the most prestigious Championship in WWE.
