Bret Hart's accusations against WWE legend Booker T may not be serious, says veteran (Exclusive)

WWE Hall of Famer Booker T was recently accused by Bret Hart of being an unsafe worker, which took the wrestling community by surprise. Veteran journalist Bill Apter was also no exception, who believed that the accusations could be baseless.

Booker T's classic move, the scissor kick, is certainly one of the more dangerous-looking moves despite being quite simple. While the WWE Hall of Famer was skilled in pulling off the move without hurting his opponents, Bret Hart has recently claimed that this move actually gave him a lot of pain and deemed it to be too risky.

Speaking on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Time Machine hosted by Mac Davis, Bill Apter questioned whether the accusation was legitimate. He stated:

"The thing with Booker T surprised me because that was a regular move that Booker T did in every one of his matches pretty much so 'cause the fans could not wait to see the Spinaroonie and that. And I never heard anybody else complain about it. So I don't know at what point, I just don't how it impacted Bret as much as he says how dangerous it was because the company kept allowing Booker T to do it and nobody seemed to complain." WWE Hall of Famer Teddy Long thinks Bret Hart should end his grudge against Goldberg

While Bret's comments about Booker T are new, he has always been very vocal about his dislike of Goldberg.

The WWE legend has made his belief clear that he holds Goldberg to be responsible for pulling the plug on his in-ring career owing to a concussion after their match at WCW Starrcade. However, Teddy Long thinks that holding a grudge after so long serves no purpose.

Speaking on the same episode of The Wrestling Time Machine, he said:

"I like Bret myself man. What a great guy, I mean I always go out of my way to go and talk to him whenever we are on these signings together. To me, I would just let it go, 'cause I mean it really ain't going anywhere. It's just old news, they keep dragging it out, and I mean I think earlier Goldberg did apologize. You know he said, 'Hey I was green. You know I didn't know.' So I don't know what else you can do." [5:13 onwards]

As of now, it remains to be seen if WWE legend Bret Hart will talk about these issues more in the future.
