Brock Lesnar could return to WWE for major event this year, claims wrestling legend (Exclusive)

Sportskeeda's Senior Editor Bill Apter recently spoke about Brock Lesnar possibly returning to WWE. The star has not wrestled for the company since SummerSlam 2023.

Ex-WWE employee Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against Vince McMahon earlier this year, accusing the former boss of sexual harassment and trafficking. The lawsuit indicated that a certain wrestler may have also been involved with many speculating that the wrestler in question was Brock Lesnar. Since then, WWE distanced itself from The Beast and scrapped any plans they had for him heading into WrestleMania 40.

This week during a Q&A session, Bill Apter mentioned that WWE still has Lesnar on their radar. He felt The Beast could show up as early as Crown Jewel this weekend. The Hall of Fame journalist claimed we have not seen the last of Brock and he will certainly be coming back soon.

"I think he's going to return. I just have a feeling. Again, it could be, I predicted many things for this week's upcoming Crown Jewel, we might see Brock Lesnar involved as well. He's still on the WWE radar. They're still waiting for the right time to bring him in." [From 11:18 to 11:42]

Over the last month, WWE has referred to Brock Lesnar a few times during their weekly programming, leading to speculations of a possible return.

Currently, there are no concrete reports of the two parties talking to each other about a comeback. However, things change pretty quickly in the WWE.
