Brock Lesnar is returning to WWE, believes veteran; says why (Exclusive)

Brock Lesnar has been away from WWE programming for a while, with his rumored return to the company earlier in the year apparently canceled after allegations against Vince McMahon surfaced in a lawsuit. The 47-year-old star was allegedly implied to be involved as well, but he was not named. Now, a veteran has said that his return to WWE is inevitable. That would be Vince Russo.

It has been a long time since anyone has seen Brock Lesnar in the ring. The Beast Incarnate last wrestled at SummerSlam 2023, where Cody Rhodes defeated him.

On Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW podcast, speaking with Dr. Chris Featherstone, Vince Russo spoke about a return by Lesnar. He said that he did not think that people would remember Brock's issues for too long and they would forget. He compared the situation with Hulk Hogan, and how he too, had returned to the company in the past.

"I think so, I think so, bro. People forget, it takes a little time. I mean, my gosh how many strikes has Hogan had against him with things that he said? People forget over time. So yes, I think we'll see him back in WWE. I don't think anything needs to clear up bro, I think it's just time," Vince Russo said. [41:18 - 41:43]

It remains to be seen when Brock returns to WWE, as there does not appear to be any timeline on the horizon. Triple H has also mentioned that a Lesnar return is not out of the equation.
