Bron Breakker pitches huge dream match against WWE Legend

WWE has billed Bron Breakker as the most dangerous man on RAW as of late. The second-generation superstar is seemingly on his way to the top of WWE and will likely end up with numerous notable matches under his belt. Breakker has just expressed interest in one major match that others have recently discussed.

The Dog of WWE signed with the company in early 2021, and less than one year later, he began his first of two NXT Championship reigns. Rick Steiner's son has run rampant on the main roster since his February call-up. The 26-year-old failed to dethrone Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn in his first big title shot at Money In the Bank, which was the same PLE where John Cena made a surprise appearance to reveal his 2025 retirement campaign.

The Face That Runs The Place is rumored to face several top stars in his final series of matches that will kick off at WrestleMania 41. Breakker recently appeared on Unlikely with Adrian Hernandez and expressed interest in locking up with Cena. He was asked about being a part of Cena's retirement tour.

"Yeah, absolutely. I think me vs. John Cena would be great. So, we’ll see. I don’t know what his schedule is, or how much he’s gonna be around, or whatever, but you never know," Bron Breakker said. [From 2:07 to 2:27]

Sportskeeda's Bill Apter recently endorsed Cena vs. Breakker or CM Punk, while Breakker's former partner Baron Corbin has expressed interest in facing Cena and Randy Orton in tag team action.

Bron Breakker's WWE NXT history with John Cena

Bron Breakker is currently on his way to becoming WWE Intercontinental Champion, while John Cena is preparing for his 2025 retirement tour. Several fans and wrestlers have expressed interest in seeing a feud between the two.

Scott Steiner's nephew and the Cenation leader had a viral physical confrontation on NXT in October 2023, and Cena later helped Carmelo Hayes defeat Breakker. Around that time, the two-time NXT Champion spoke with Namaste India on Sony Sports Network and offered immense praise in a message to the 16-time World Champion.

"I really appreciate you and all you've done for WWE. All the years of hard work, it's a grind. I'm on the cusp of something similar, I can't be thankful enough for your hard work and efforts over the years," Bron Breakker said of John Cena.

Breakker is set to challenge Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship on August 3 at SummerSlam. This is a rematch from Breakker's loss at Money in the Bank.
