Bronson Reed busted open in brutal match at WWE Crown Jewel; controversial finish

WWE Superstar Bronson Reed locked horns with former World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins at the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event. The match concluded with a controversial finish, which saw the Aussie getting busted open.

'Big' Bronson Reed took out Seth Rollins on the August 5 edition of Monday Night RAW. He hit The Visionary with as many as six Tsunamis to put the latter out of action for nearly two months. The former two-time WWE Champion returned on the September 30 episode of the red brand's show to cost Reed the Last Monster Standing Match against Braun Strowman.

After several weeks of build and multiple brawls, Rollins and Reed competed inside the squared circle at WWE Crown Jewel. The rivals put forth an engaging back-and-forth contest. Towards the end, the former Shield member hit his opponent with a Stomp on the steel steps, making the latter bleed from the side of his left eye.

Seth Rollins followed it up with another Stomp and a Super Stomp to score the win. However, after the match, Bronson Reed got up to his feet and had a staredown with Rollins, who had left the squared circle to suggest that the rivalry was far from over. It will be interesting to see if the two will face each other again soon.
