Bully Ray teases return match against 36-year-old WWE star at Halloween Havoc 2024

Bully Ray not only namedropped a forgotten figure in Joey Styles, but he also got into a verbal altercation of sorts with a 36-year-old WWE star - teasing a return match in an upcoming event. This was someone who was victorious tonight - Ridge Holland.

NXT will be going to the famous 2300 Arena, considered unofficially the home of ECW from 1993 to 2001. Of course, Bully Ray has a direct connection with that arena because of his ECW connection. Earlier in the night, he was confronted by Ridge Holland, the 36-year-old star who defeated Andre Chase in an Ambulance Match.

Even a little after the match, Holland would confront Bully Ray to tease a match, presumably at the upcoming event in the 2300 Arena. The WWE legend would warn him against interrupting again - officially teasing a match.

This would come to fruition in an even bigger way. After an epic main event that saw Trick Williams retain the NXT Championship against "All Ego" Ethan Page, Ridge Holland came out and attacked him, with Page joining in.

The WWE Hall of Famer then came out for the save and helped Trick Williams stand tall against Ridge Holland and Ethan Page.

It's unclear whether it's going to be a singles match or whether he will team up with Trick Williams to face Holland and Page. The latter seems to be a safer option.
