"Can't wait to have you back" - Bayley sends a message to WWE star after he suffers injury setback

Bayley has taken to social media to send a message to Ilja Dragunov. WWE announced on this week's episode of RAW that the 30-year-old star suffered a severe injury.

The Mad Dragon is expected to be out of action for six to nine months. It was revealed during the show that he tore his ACL during a match against Gunther at a live event. This means the time frame for his return is between March and June 2025.

After WWE made the announcement on RAW and shared the news on X/Twitter, Bayley responded to the tweet by sending a message to Ilja Dragunov, telling him that she could not wait for him to make his return.

"Can’t wait to have you back, Ilja," Bayley shared.

WWE made this announcement during Gunther's entrance. The reigning World Heavyweight Champion was involved in another confrontation with Sami Zayn, which turned physical. He finally agreed to give the latter a title shot, and the bout was confirmed for next week's episode of RAW.

Bayley is also set to compete in a massive title match, as she will challenge Nia Jax for the WWE Women's Championship at Bad Blood 2024. It will be interesting to see whether The Role Model will reclaim her title at the event.
